City Hall Conference Rooms
The City of Tallahassee provides meeting space for public use in designated areas on the second floor of City Hall. Meeting space requests are reviewed and approved by the Facilities Director (or designee) based on City policy and availability.
Reservation Instructions and Options
Request Venue Space in City Hall
Facilities staff will review requests, determine availability, and respond noting any associated cost that may be applicable. If fees apply, an invoice will be mailed or emailed. Please note that all required fees must be received prior to the event to avoid cancellation. Additionally, all reservations are subject to cancellation should the space be needed to conduct City business.
As noted on the reservation form, meetings may begin between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and must end by 10 p.m. on the days City Hall is open. No meetings will be scheduled on weekends or holidays when City Hall is closed. No food or beverages are allowed in the City Commission Chambers. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in City Hall. Cancellations should be emailed to BuildingServices@Talgov.com as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact Facilities at 850-891-8650.
