Community input is an important aspect of this investment plan development and ensures the continued public support and implementation of the goals and objectives outlined in the plan. We would like to hear your opinion on the City of Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency's vision for downtown.

The Greater Frenchtown/Southside Community Redevelopment Plan (PDF - adopted March 24, 2021) has been updated to include revised community prioritized goals that are linked to the City’s Five-Year Strategic Plan priorities.

To further focus efforts and meet the community’s stated priorities for the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Greater Frenchtown/Southside (GFS) district, the CRA has approved the GFS Strategic Investment Plan with feedback from the community.
